SEO vs Marketing

SEO vs Marketing

Recently I've come upon some confusion on people thinking that just because their website is Search Engine Optimized, that they're going to get more business or that they don't need to do legwork of their own to gather business. Let me put the halt on this right now. SEO just means your website is search engine friendly. It means that your site is set up for specific key words to be seen by search engines and hopefully be on the first page near the top. This doesn't guarantee inbound clients.
