Monitors are out of order or duplicated - Windows
1. Right Click the Desktop
2. Select Screen Resolution
3. Make sure monitors are set as Extend these Displays
4. Apply
5. Identify
6. Set in order they show up when you hit Identify
7. Apply/OK
