Fallacies of Business Owners
My favorite saying, I'm right until proven wrong.
These days as I work with local businesses I notice a few things that seem to be commonplace that shouldn't be.
- Complacency
- So many business owners are so complacent with how things are.
- Closed Mindedness
- With this complacency, comes being closed minded to change or new things.
- Poor customer service
- Everyone you talk to is a potential customer, and can hurt or help your business. Make sure your customer service is 100% all the time, no matter who is emailing you.
Sure, your business may be good, but it can always be better.
Being complacent or closed minded isn't going to help you in the long run. Remember! Be open!
