### Prerequisites:
1. Access to both your Microsoft 365 and Gmail accounts.
2. Outlook installed on your computer.
3. A stable internet connection.
### Step 1: **Set Up Gmail in Outlook**
1. **Open Outlook:** Open the Outlook app on your computer.
2. **Add Gmail Account:**
- Go to "File" > "Add Account."
- Enter your Gmail email address and click "Connect."
- Follow the prompts to sign in and allow access to Gmail.
- Gmail will now be listed in the left sidebar.
### Step 2: **Transfer Emails**
1. **Select All Emails:**
- In the left-hand sidebar, expand your Microsoft 365 account.
- Click on the "Inbox" (and any other folders you want to transfer).
- Select all emails by pressing "Ctrl + A" (Windows) or "Cmd + A" (Mac).
2. **Copy Emails to Gmail:**
- Drag and drop all selected emails into a corresponding folder in your Gmail account in the sidebar.
- Repeat the process for any other folders you want to transfer.
3. **Wait for Sync:**
- Allow some time for the emails to sync, which might take a while if there are a lot of emails.
- Check Gmail to ensure the emails have been copied.
### Step 3: **Transfer Contacts**
1. **Export Contacts from Outlook:**
- In Outlook, go to "File" > "Open & Export" > "Import/Export."
- Select "Export to a file" and click "Next."
- Choose "Comma Separated Values" and click "Next."
- Select your contacts folder under Microsoft 365 and click "Next."
- Save the file to your computer and click "Finish."
2. **Import Contacts into Gmail:**
- Go to Gmail and click on the Google Apps icon > "Contacts."
- In the Contacts page, click "Import" from the left sidebar.
- Select the CSV file you exported and click "Import."
### Step 4: **Transfer Calendar**
1. **Export Calendar from Outlook:**
- In Outlook, go to "File" > "Open & Export" > "Import/Export."
- Select "Export to a file" and click "Next."
- Choose "Outlook Data File (.pst)" and click "Next."
- Select your calendar and click "Next."
- Save the file to your computer and click "Finish."
2. **Import Calendar into Gmail:**
- Go to Google Calendar and click on the gear icon, then "Settings."
- Click on "Import & export" in the left sidebar.
- Under "Import," select the file you exported and choose the destination calendar.
- Click "Import."
